The Holiday Homes Tour of Herndon started in 1979 as one of many events held in celebration of the town’s centennial and has continued as an annual event since 1985. We work with the community to identify homes to share with the community that represent the diversity of our community members, architecture, home ages, and holiday celebrations to show how the town has changed through the ages and reflect all aspects of life and families in our town. The volunteer organized tour is a much-anticipated holiday event cultivating community to showcase all the is good, beautiful and the evolving history of Herndon.
